(orders are shipped from the Istanbul so please allow for up to 14 days for arrival)

Please note: For any order made in Australia, New Zealand or Japan. If you spend over $300 please note delivery will be increased to $60 due to large order shipping costs.

RETURNS

We really hope you love every Love Macrame handmade item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 15 days of receipt. (Due to the product being handmade, the return period is 15 days.)

Returns cost $30 which will be deducted from your return total. However, if your item is classed as faulty, this fee will be wavered once the item has been checked. For all faulty items please contact our customer service team on mail@lovemacrame.com for a faulty authorisation code before sending your return back to us. Any faulty returns that are returned without an authorisation code will NOT be refunded.

 

When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.

 

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Personalised items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item.

 

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange. 

 

Our store returns policy differs from the online return policy & is shown within store. For store purchases / returns please contact the store directly. 

 

If you are returning item(s) to us from somewhere that isn’t in the Turkiye, please note that returns are only free for our Turkiye customers. For Europe & International returns we require that customers pay for returns. Please contact our customer service team at mail@lovemacrame.com before sending back your item(s).
